Who it serves

Military members, veterans, and families navigating tight budgets, changing routines, or new kitchens, and anyone who wants practical food skills.

Why it matters

Knowing what to eat is only half the equation. People deserve the skills and confidence to actually obtain, prepare, and enjoy nourishing food in real life.
